Jazz pianist Hank Jones, who famously accompanied Marilyn Monroe in her "Happy Birthday" song to President Kennedy, has died at age 91. He was named pianist of the year at the Jazz Awards in 2009. In 2008 he was awarded the National Medal of Arts.
